Who is Outta Control? Quinn Michael is Outta Control. Quinn built his first racing atv in 2001. Shortly after building his first custom atv, he entered the ATV TT Open racing circuit and won his first ATV motocross championship. Since then he has amazed crowds all over the world with his Outta Control custom atv shows and stunt riding demos.
Quinn's tricked-out racing quads have been shown at venues throughout the country including the Indianapolis Dealer Expo and Funk Master Flex car and bike shows.
